HG Sply is a pretty standard American restaurant. I came here for dinner during a work trip since the restaurant was close to where I stayed. Service was friendly, and I was seated quickly. It's on the livelier side which I'm personally a fan of. I ordered the bison burger, and it was pretty average. Slightly in the dry side, and a bit under seasoned. Healthy and good. Great for lunch when it isn't super busy. Loved both dishes. Curry is mild. No spice level on the second bowl. I asked for more of the yogurt sauce

Outdoor area is enormous. It was insanely busy when we went with alot of little kid baseball teams and parents but the outside area is so large that it didn't even really bother is that much. Lots of games on the big screens and the food menu, albeit limited, is fresh and flavorful. Restrooms are very clean and well kept. Dogs are welcomed and ours weren't bothered by the large groups and other dogs there. We will most definitely be back soon! Great service and food on a Saturday brunch at 11. Enjoyed the outside seating with this beautiful weather. Nearly had the entire place to ourselves! Friendly service from Erin! Everyone enjoyed their food. Kids had breakfast bowls Loved the chicken & sweet potato waffles! Campfire Chicken sandwich was good - served with a mountain of fries Huevos Rancheros Kabob, squash, elote Salmon Bowl Only miss for me is I do not prefer their ranch. I prefer more buttermilk dill flavor Enjoyed family time together!

While I'd say this is not one of the premier BBQ spots in the DFW area, it is very good. Better than 3.8 but not quite 5. We had a large group (25ish people) and the service was phenomenal. We had several servers attending to our group since we were so large and they were attentive and friendly. They were also fast to respond with drink orders and to refill the buffet. This was my first time going. We went for a reunion. The service was ok... I understand it was a Saturday an we were in a party.. I'm allergic to onions and I asked for no onion and got them still the fries were pretty good, but for a medium burger it was pretty dry. The food quality was ok. to what I payed I probably will not be going back. With us being a decent size we were on the outside patio... was loud, but I didn't expect too much from it. I am a huge fan of HG Sply in Dallas, so decided to come try it over here. The menu differs from the Dallas one, a bit. However, that small changes mattered to me because my favorite dishes weren't available. The sides are not the same quality as the Dallas location, either. And the drinks are still good, but Dallas location has a better menu even for the cocktails.
