"Not Stellar For Out of State" The financing was easy for being out of state, but the customer service when I flew in to pick the car up wasn't great. I am guessing it is because I hadn't worked with a local sales person since I purchased the car online.

"Awesome service. " Came here with my husband and we were helped by a guy named El Monstro. He helped us out and found us something within our means! Very skeptical at first but they did an awesome job. He was very thorough and explained everything to us along the way.

"It was great." I loved purchasing a car at hgreg because I felt that the decision fell on me on what I wanted and I was not being pushed to get a car I could not afford. It was stress free interaction with everyone. Both Yazmin Zapata and Jasmine Figueroa were really helpful in informing me about everything they had to offer and the smartest choice regarding how to go about purchasing my first car. Next year when my fiance buys a car it will be through them.

"Very efficient" Great car buying experience. Very efficient except for the time it took to clean and deliver the vehicle took over an hour. This could be better.
