"Amazing experience " This was our first time buying at this dealership, we came in just looking for some info about a vehicle that we wanted to buy but weren't sure which one or where we would get it. This was until we met Pedro E, he knowledge and he customers Service skills along with the huge vehicle inventory available in this location help us decide which vehicle to get. Also Bismark from finance help us to get a smooth transaction. Thanks Pedro, Bismark, Sabrina and all employees that help us to make the process easy.

"Lot’s of cars at good prices. Get an independent check." 1. I test drove multiple cars. 2. Test driving one Hyundai there was intermittent heavy vibration traced to a tire or rim. 3. The test drive of the Kia I purchased was fine but my independent mechanic looked at the car and found two scalloped rear tires likely caused by misalignment. My mechanic also found a burned out map light.HGreg replaced the tires and light but I am unsure about the alignment. 4. "It was awesome!!" Manny was extremely patient with me unlike most salespeople you encounter nowadays; Even after 3 test drives. Haha. He definitely is an asset to your team. He was knowledgeable and polite throughout the whole process. We'll definitely be back for another truck.

"Great service " I was scared that I was not going to get approved and went in waiting to hear bad news ! Emily reassured me that they were going to do everything to get me approved ! She was right and even though I wasn’t able to get my first pick we walked the lot and found something that I am able to fix my credit with! Emily was an amazing sales person to work with! When I am ready to upgrade my car she will be there first person I call !

"Went the extra mile" Camilo went the extra mile to get the truck I had come into see and got me the tires I wanted with the help of Karol’s Rosario. The process was ray and relatively quick. Everyone was very helpful.
