"Great relaxed experience" With the high fenced lot that funnels you though the front entrance, I was skeptical and afraid of what the experience at HGreg would be like. However as it turns out that was all for naught! I wanted more information about a couple of their cars that I saw online, and Butch was there to help us. "Great Customer Service !!!" @HGREG in Orlando Chuck Simpson & Jasmine Figueroa were really Awesome to work with. I Highly Recommend them both. As well as for the rest of the staff. Everyone that we came in contact with was Really Nice and Friendly we did not get any of their names but it seems like they put customers at ease with the car buying process. By making customers comfortable with their decisions on their purchase.

"Over all amazing " Charles was really great at selling the car we wanted. Walked in to trade our car and bought the car we wanted. Would highly recommend this place.

"Great experience" Butch was awesome. Answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with. We will come back again from even 2+ hours away. This was a great experience. Love the idea of good pricing, no haggling and great service.

"Extremely positive" Great experience overall. If I can give some criticism it would be when you finish with finance and go to get your car it is a little bit disorganized and the loading area was very backed up. It needs just someone there managing everyone. I could tell that is probably one of the places employees start to get experience.

"Long but smooth" I had hoped that the visit would have gone faster as I had found the car I wanted online and made them aware I was coming in. It didn’t make a difference. That aside, the car was a great value and the process was smooth. A huge inventory and great people working to help.

"Hurry up and Wait" Finding and test driving vehicles was great. No problems with pushy and/or deceptive sales people at all. The only fault I found, which is the case at most dealerships, was the lack of account reps to finalize the deal. There seemed to be an endless supply of people showing cars but only a handful of financial agents. This might not have been so bad, but there was no public wifi and no televisions in the waiting area to help kill time while waiting on the next available agent.
