"They stood behind their cars" Karlos was a great person to deal with, even after I yelled at him on the phone. He let me vent, then he spoke very politely and said for me to bring the car in. He was so gracious with me. I apologized so many times when we met. I was extremely happy when I left. My son has a beautiful car, great interest rate, and an experience that will last a lifetime.
