RecommendedWe had Cory, CJ, Dakota, Jay and a few others come to our home during FULL renovation mode. They tore out all of the old plumbing system and replace it all in just a few days. All are very friendly guys, they listened to our requested and accommodated our needs as best they could. There were also no complaints about having to come out around a inspectors schedules and demands. We would recommend them without hesitation for any plumbing needs.They have become our plumbing family!

This morning John came to repair my water heater. Though I had some hot water, it wasn't a lot. It has been gradually getting worse and I thought maybe it was my imagination and it has been gnawing at me. What a relief to have good hot water and know I made the right call! John was efficient and personable, explaining what was wrong, and installing a new thermostat and replacing both elements. Now it is as good as new and I am so pleased. Thank you so much!

Sent Robert out to install a new kitchen faucet on 7/14. It has already started to detach from the sink. Have been trying to contact the High Priority team for a week including 2 texts to Robert, 2 messages and a couple emails. There's still a chance to make this right and I certainly want to be able to update this review with a positive ending. 7/24 Update: Spoke with Corey on 7/23. He was polite, gracious and apologetic.
