What can say about Mr Tim Millwood. Mr. Tim was very professional and knowledgeable I of the problem I had with my hot water heater. He was very thorough to the point that he realize that I have other problems that occurred from the hot water heater leak. I could not have asked for a better person to come and serve my plumbing needs.
This company has it going on. I was in a situation where we needed our hot water heater replaced very quickly and Brandon Benedict came out after hours (7pm because his day time schedule was booked) and worked on it u till it was done. I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond to make sure that he spoke in a way that we understood. No pressure selling. Very respectful to my wife. Thank you Brandon you have a customer for life.

Tim was AWESOME!!!! He showed me what was wrong with my garbage disposal and showed me how to fix it if I should have the same problem again. Very personable he was the BEST. Thank you Tim!!! We bought a home last year in which many things we had been mislead on their life spans. So our water heater in our bedroom went out. Thankfully we have a home buyers warranty, We were delighted when High Priority Plumbing came to assess and fix our issue. They advised we may not have afull coverage for it and may have some out of pocket costs from our home warranty provider, in the end they were able to get it fully covered besides what we paid for the initial service fee. This company is fantastic! They got us on the schedule very quickly and resolved our leak issue very fast. We had a leak in the bottom of our garbage disposal and Tim, our technician, was professional, knowledgable and timely! I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs help with any plumbing issues.
Tim was amazing. Not only was he punctual and polite he also fixed our shower fast and taught me how to prevent future problems.
