RecommendedSent Robert out to install a new kitchen faucet on 7/14. It has already started to detach from the sink. Have been trying to contact the High Priority team for a week including 2 texts to Robert, 2 messages and a couple emails. There's still a chance to make this right and I certainly want to be able to update this review with a positive ending. 7/24 Update: Spoke with Corey on 7/23. He was polite, gracious and apologetic. High Priority Plumbing rescued us! We were in a very bad situation and I could not find anyone to take the job. They came out the same day I called and got the ball rolling. Not only did they fix our issue, but they did it at a great price! I would use them again in a heartbeat! Communication was awesome all the way around!
