I have used them twice and they are exceptional. First, I appreciate any company that is cognizant of my dollars and not trying to ovecharge me or sell me an unnecessary service. Brannon Tom's, with High Priortty Plumming and Services, came via American Home Shield to check our toilet. It would not fill or flush. Brannon found the problem and corrected it right away. He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Brannon and High Priority Plumming.
what an amazing and awesome group. Woke up yesterday to flooded bathroom. Called and they had a technician out within an hour. Fixed the problem and the cost was so fair. thank you for coming to our rescue
Jeff Curie just put in a 50 gallon hot water heater at my home. He was very knowledgable and most professional. He went beyond the call of duty to make sure that all of my questions were answered and to make sure that the new unit worked properly. He is an excellent service tech. I needed to have 2 hot water heaters replaced. Called my usual plumber and they were 2 weeks out. Called High Priority Plumbing, this was on last Thursday, they could do job on Friday or Saturday, but that did not work for me. Scheduled to do work on Monday and completed with no complaints.
