I just called for these guys to get us in for our water heater, and Jennifer answered the phone and was SO helpful. We were worried there was a potential gas leak and explained the situation. Though they didn't have an immediate opening, Jennifer not only put us on a list for cancellations but went above and beyond and called a technician to make sure what we were dealing with wasn't going to be a health or safety issue in the meantime. Really good experience so far (:

Love this company! Have used them on many occasions and have never been disappointed! Service and experience level is beyond compare and Brian is a big part of my positive experience! I had a tricky plumbing issue and he was able to immediately identify the problem and fixed it right away. Very professional and experienced organization!

We had been quoted $100’s from another company that wanted to cut a hole in the wall to “fix” the problem. Cameron knew exactly what was wrong with our tub, ordered a part, and came back and fixed it a few days later. Very professional, extremely nice, and honest! We will only call High Priority from now on.
