Glad I didn’t give up on this plumbing company. 2nd time around was SO MUCH BETTER!! Jennifer in the office was so nice over the phone and got me scheduled before time. Kemp was the technician who came out to service us. Kemp resolved our plumbing problem in no time! He was VERY professional and polite! Even gave me preventive tips on how to prevent problem again. Kemp completed the job and was in and out. Great job!
I Highly recommend High Priority Plumbing. Its a fast and efficient service. Eric Jenkins was an awesome technician. He Came out to replace my water heater. Eric was on time communicated well and got the job done. A God send!
If you need a plumber, you better call High Priority Plumbing. I love them! My water heater pipe had came apart and had been gushing water for a little while (as it is in the basement) and then we finally saw it. There was water all over the floor, things were getting wet, and we had to get to the main shut off valve to turn the water off (it’s in a difficult place to reach, but we got it eventually). We have had a really great experience with High Priority! Very professional to talk with and easy to make appointments. The plumber that has come out has been very patient and thoughtful, explaining everything, troubleshooting on the fly, and giving recommendations not only for things we should do, but also for things he thinks we shouldn’t do. No need to do unnecessary things that will cost extra money. We would highly recommend them!!
I cannot thank Patrick Curry enough for his help late on a Saturday afternoon. I drove a stake through a water line outside and he not only walked me through how to do damage control until he could arrive but fixed my issue and went to Home Depot for parts during this epidemic were facing a a nation. Let me tell you something I don’t know anything about plumbing however, Dakota put our minds at ease. He is genuine and passionate about what he does and it shows. He fixed the problem and gave a lot of tips along the way. We pray no more plumbing issues but if we do we hope to get him each time.
