My water heater pipe had came apart and had been gushing water for a little while (as it is in the basement) and then we finally saw it. We have had a really great experience with High Priority! Very professional to talk with and easy to make appointments. The plumber that has come out has been very patient and thoughtful, explaining everything, troubleshooting on the fly, and giving recommendations not only for things we should do, but also for things he thinks we shouldn’t do. No need to do unnecessary things that will cost extra money. We would highly recommend them!!

I cannot thank Patrick Curry enough for his help late on a Saturday afternoon. I drove a stake through a water line outside and he not only walked me through how to do damage control until he could arrive but fixed my issue and went to Home Depot for parts during this epidemic were facing a a nation. Let me tell you something I don’t know anything about plumbing however, Dakota put our minds at ease. He is genuine and passionate about what he does and it shows. He fixed the problem and gave a lot of tips along the way. We pray no more plumbing issues but if we do we hope to get him each time.
