Y'all - Brandon Benedict is everything!!! Talk about a high level of customer service! he totally outshined anyone who has even been to my home for any repair of any sort! he was highly communicative, extremely pleasant, and so so kind. He explained and answered every question we had in so much detail and also made it very easy to understand. He worked quickly and efficiently and I cannot recommend him and this company enough! Just had an emergency and High Priority came within 2 hours, located, then fixed the problem. the technician, Dylan Williams was excellent. He was very professional, explained everything and put me at ease while he fixed the problem.

I had a clogged sink in my basement kitchenette and Jeff Curry fixed the issue quickly and was very professional and knowledgeable. He even taped a short video explaining to my daughter why she couldn't put food in that drain. lol
