The apartment we rented is disgusting! There has a been an on going water leak for 2 months now with rusty water that has turned the entire shower/bathtub orange, many of the everyday amenities that were advertised were in poor or not working condition when move in. I have placed numerous work orders and still the office staff responds they are too busy. DON'T MOVE HERE!!
I signed a lease for 2014-2015 at a low rate of $460 per month! I signed with an early bird special and got half off of a carport and insurance at $10 each! I also got half off on pet fees ($250 down instead of $500). It turns out I have to move back home and REALLY need someone to take over my lease! Contact me if you are interested!
