My lease is up on July 31st, I'm trying to get rid of it because I'm moving back to Chicago next week and won't be living in SA anymore. My current rate is $540/month. It's a 4x4 bedroom apartment. If you're interested in taking over my lease and sub lease, just tell them my name! :) Thank you
I have a lease I'm trying to get rid of that starts August 2016! Love high view but not gonna be living in SA anymore. The rate is 495$ which is 30$ cheaper than the normal rate for the 4x4 bdr. just give them my name if interested in taking this lease :)
Let's see. First of all, you pay them an entire months worth of rent for the first month but they don't let you move in until after the first two weeks of that month because they have to "clean" the apartments. When I moved in it was fucking filthy. Dust bunnies the size of a small child on top of the closets. Grease still on the cabinets from previous tenants. Disgustingly filthy floors. This apartment complex has very small bedrooms and watch out new move-ins, the place will need a good cleaning before you move in.
The rates may be good and they may look nice, but everything is very cheap. The staff is very unhelpful and aren't knowledgeable. When you move out, they charge for every little wear and tear which isn't legal. TAKE PICTURES. I don't see where that money goes, bc when most people moved in, it was disgusting and full of dust and damage! Way too loud, even for student housing. A lot of break-ins and crime. Remember, you get what you pay for.
Someone broke into my ex's car, my friends car, stole my roommate's bike when locked up downstairs, the employee's are rude, the walls are paper thin, 10pm curfew, security is garbage, hills are terrible to climb, gym is sub-par, hot tub works on occasion, paper-work not well kept to where I almost got a fine for not paying for my car-port when an employee just forgot to do it correct.
