My daughters apartment was broken into on her first night, while she was showering. The man entered her shower with his pants off. She screamed at him and thankfully he panicked and left. She is traumatized! When she moved in, dirty dishes and food were in the sink. Makes me think locks were not changed. Make sure your daughters deadbolt there door. This creep is still out there.

I don't want to write a "negative ranty review" review. The office is notorious for blaming their ratings on the fact that "People only leave reviews if they are upset. They never talk about the good things". I should start off by saying the price for this place is great! Just to clear any misgivings. They did let me move in at a weird time, which I appreciated. What an absolute joke. Neighbors have been selling drugs, abusing animals, and beating women for months. Multiple complaints to management about the situation, including the apartment always smelling like weed and strangers knocking on our door asking to buy. I used to enjoy living here but we have problematic drug dealing neighbors that management refuses to deal with. I have made both verbal and written complaints about the matter and they have yet to address it. Highview is very laxed when it comes to drugs so if that's your thing you'll like it here.
Crooked and illegal exiting charges. We took pictures so we are willing to fight the $372 lie, High View Apartments charged. Being a veteran, this went against my former training, which teaches to leave the place better or in the same condition when you signed for it. So glad we took pictures. Seriously High View, it's not necessary to mow the lawn EVERY DAMN MORNING. I work late nights, sometimes until 4 or 5am, and I do not appreciate being woken up by the loud noise right outside of my window! Lawns DO NOT need to be mowed EVERY DAY!!!!!!!
