Living at High View Place for my first year of college was probably on of the best decisions I've made. The front offive was friendly and the fellow that helped me sign my lease, Miguel I believe, was helpful. He answered my questions unlike other apartments I went to and helped me with any problems that came up. I definitely recommended this place to many of my friends. Most of which have decided to sign!
After hunting for student apartments, I finally decided to call High View my next home! My roommates as well as myself are very excited to move in within the next few weeks. We signed our lease with Miguel, and I am so glad that we did! He was so helpful when we went on the tour, answering all of our questions that we had before we even had a chance to ask them! The only thing I have to complain about is the wifi signal... It's a pain but my friend lives at Highview in a different building and doesn't have an issue! Otherwise it has been great. I had an awesome roommate and the people in the office/Maintenence are friendly. Not to mention I haven't felt unsafe here.
