The apartments are nice for the price, and Managment is very kind The pool area is nice, and the view is great as well! I am definitely considering High View next year.
Nice place have a couple friends that live here nice place much room, love the kitchen great place to wash dishes and love the view beyond amazing looking forward to staying here next year!!!
Definitely an upgrade from the last housing I lived at. Good price. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. It also includes personal restrooms and a washer/dryer. Management is nice and always willing to help!

A few of these reviews seem to be very critical of the fact that somebody is actually enjoying their stay at High View. Maybe the reason so many people are willing to review High View positively because the staff is actually cool, the housing is actually good for college students, and people have had actual good experiences there. I didn't sign because I preferred a house. But High View was my first choice. Stop hating and Go Runners :)
I had a hard time finding a place to sign for the year but a guy I met named Miguel not only gave great customer service but was very helpful in providing the necessary information which resulted in me signing a lease for high view place!
I'm moving into High View in August & so far I like the apartments & the staff are very friendly. Miguel showed my friends & I around the complex & was very helpful & informative with any of the questions we had.
So far highview is cool. The price is good and the apartment is really nice. Miguel who works in the office has been such a great helper. every time me and my roommates need something or clarification, he helps. He's the main reason we love this place!
