My wife and I come to Highland Dental. Dr. Mike is great and always makes you feel at ease. Jessica is a great and thoughtful hygienist, and the front office staff always are welcoming and cheerful. They make sure to go over your care plans thoroughly.
I have been a patient with Dr.Mike for 3 years and I have always been pleased with the service there. From front office personnel to back assistants, hygienists and the doctor. They make sure you understand the diagnosis by showing you X-rays and digital pictures. I would recommend Dr. Mike and his office to anyone who’s looking for an honest , professional and caring staff.
my first time coming here and i wanted a cleaning but was told upon arrival that it was a consultation. After i was told the needed 6 fillings which i’ve never had before and i’ve been in pain since. I was told it could take up to 8 months for the pain to go away. I was fine with no pain before i came to this place! Now we have a big problem! Don’t ever come here.
The team are great at identifying deviations from a "perfect mouth" and proposing more work than a typical dentist might. For context, I've always done 6 month checkups and never had more than a filling or two. When I visited Highland after my previous dentist closed, they spooked me into thinking I needed a ton of work. This was unfortunately done right before holiday closure, so this work left me in agony because they did not realign my bite after like 10 fillings. Do not get anymore than a cleaning here. I had to go to another dentist to correct my filling. Literally the first thing they asked me about during the exam before I even said anything. They were shocked at the poor job.
