I've been here maybe 5 times thinking the attitude of the staff would be better. They are rude. You walk up and they give you this impatient look. No smile, no warmth whatsoever unless it's coming from your warmed bagel. This past weekend was the last straw. I use to go to College and Coffee donuts but it was a little far down the road. I don't care if Highland is around the corner, I'd rather waste the gas and go to a place where they actually appreciate your business. 1. Flies in the donut case. Not one multiple. 2. Workers seem to be upset when you walk in. 3. Did I mention there are flies in the donut case.
First time here, it's mother day so we stopped for some donuts, the lady that helped us was rude and impatient. There was no one behind us either. Donuts were okay 2/5 there wasn't much to choose from. Definitely won't be back here.
I used to love this place. I was there when they opened the doors when they first opened. I should have known better because even then they didn't have it together. I kept going though because the doughnuts were light and the short Hispanic woman that's always there is a beast. This being said I will never return after the service I got today. Terrrible customer service . The female employee working there made it obvious she didn't want my service. Won't be coming back . I'm glad there is many other donut shops.
The lady that served us was rude. She didn't listen to us when we told her what our order was and gave us attitude.
customer service is trash. I went in today I was sent the wrong address for an order from a different donut shop and asked the lady there and she constantly kept talking over me "I don't have any orders, we don't sell cakes" like I understand it the attitude I got was horrible. I tried there caramel latte and it was okay. I've had better. There butter croissant was really good. The customer service not that great.
No problem with the doughnuts, customer service is questionable. I asked the lady to set aside two doughnuts from my order, I got no response. Due to noise maybe I was not clear, so I repeated my request. It was at this point that she shouted, "I HEARD YOU!". Smith's Bakery never treated me this way.
