The donuts are fine but the customer service was terrible. I usually go college coffee and donuts but I want to try something new . the lady was so rude I get it I work in customer service sometimes there's bad days. however it was terrible how she was talking to me and she made me feel bad. For asking a question. I'm definitely not coming back here.
My family and I have lived in this area for years and were really excited for this shop to open because its so close! When it finally opened, we got some doughnuts and were a little disappointed.. the doughnuts were dark, and dry. The glaze was rock hard on a couple of the maple bars. We blamed ourselves for going later in the morning (9am) and figured we'd try again. Our second visit went about the same. The female worker in the front was rude and didn't provide great customer service. I don't recommend this place.
