While the donuts were pretty good....the customer service was TERRIBLE! The younger girl behind the counter with short hair seemed like she would rather be anywhere else in the world. She complained to her coworker about her "patience being tested" because I apparently took too long to decide what smoothie I wanted. It was super uncomfortable as I was the only person in the store at the time. Arrived to pick up pre ordered donuts. They said they didn't have the order and that's why I hadn't gotten notified to pick up pre paid order. While speaking to the rude woman working there, I glanced to the right on the edge of the counter for anyone to grab, my box and bag of items. Woman states that I could have just grabbed them. So could anyone else!! I would not recommend this business as they do not know good customer service!
I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the egg had weird grey areas of discolor. I had to throw the egg out. Beware if you plan on ordering egg sandwiches.
Yeah so the donuts are amazing but what in the heck are you guys doing freezing eggs and using them later? How many months did this take to turn like this? I'm actually incredibly disgusted. Please do better and don't microwave your breakfast items
I went to buy a breakfast sandwich for my daughter and the person helping said there was a wait and then immediately after another worker yelled at me saying the wait was at least thirty minutes and was extremely rude. I've lived in this neighborhood almost all my life and was excited to have a donut shop near by. I will never come back and will tell everyone I know how horribly I was treated.
I come to the store and one of the employees see cash in my hand, I make my whole order and then they tell me they closed the register and are only taking card. Disappointing
Food is good . Female was being disrespectful. Worst employee experience i've had extremely rude . Need new hires or they need some sense talked into them
Nothing extra special about this shop, which is why I hadn't rated before but our experience on Saturday was disappointing. There was trash surrounding the business. Our order was fine. We sat down to eat and a man with some sort of mental handicap came in. He was served and sat down where he repeatedly and loudly talked about someone getting shot at the circle k. The donuts are fine but the customer service was terrible. I usually go college coffee and donuts but I want to try something new . the lady was so rude I get it I work in customer service sometimes there's bad days. however it was terrible how she was talking to me and she made me feel bad. For asking a question. I'm definitely not coming back here.
