The lady that served us was rude. She didn't listen to us when we told her what our order was and gave us attitude.
customer service is trash. I went in today I was sent the wrong address for an order from a different donut shop and asked the lady there and she constantly kept talking over me "I don't have any orders, we don't sell cakes" like I understand it the attitude I got was horrible. I understand they didn't have orders I'm not stupid I heard her the first time. definitely needs to talked too or some customer service courses. attitude was not needed I just asked a question didn't need to be rude. not going back at all if that was ... read more
I tried there caramel latte and it was okay. I've had better. There butter croissant was really good. The customer service not that great.
No problem with the doughnuts, customer service is questionable. I asked the lady to set aside two doughnuts from my order, I got no response. Due to noise maybe I was not clear, so I repeated my request. It was at this point that she shouted, "I HEARD YOU!". Smith's Bakery never treated me this way.
While the donuts were pretty good....the customer service was TERRIBLE! The younger girl behind the counter with short hair seemed like she would rather be anywhere else in the world. She complained to her coworker about her "patience being tested" because I apparently took too long to decide what smoothie I wanted. Arrived to pick up pre ordered donuts. They said they didn't have the order and that's why I hadn't gotten notified to pick up pre paid order. While speaking to the rude woman working there, I glanced to the right on the edge of the counter for anyone to grab, my box and bag of items. Woman states that I could have just grabbed them. So could anyone else!! I would not recommend this business as they do not know good customer service!
I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the egg had weird grey areas of discolor. I had to throw the egg out. Beware if you plan on ordering egg sandwiches.
Yeah so the donuts are amazing but what in the heck are you guys doing freezing eggs and using them later? How many months did this take to turn like this? I'm actually incredibly disgusted. Please do better and don't microwave your breakfast items
I went to buy a breakfast sandwich for my daughter and the person helping said there was a wait and then immediately after another worker yelled at me saying the wait was at least thirty minutes and was extremely rude. I've lived in this neighborhood almost all my life and was excited to have a donut shop near by. I will never come back and will tell everyone I know how horribly I was treated.
