Place was absolutely filthy when we moved our daughter in. Sink in bathroom and shower were clogged which we fixed ourselves. Left over trash in front of her unit. Paint splatters everywhere including mattress , carpet and floor. Stains on hardwood floor in kitchen. Washer still not working 6 days after move in and still waiting on maintenance. C’mon Highlands Square Apartments.... 3 weeks after move in and no mail key and no working dishwasher for our son. This seems to be a pattern according to your reviews. Working condition is part of the lease agreement!

No answers from any of the employees for ANY of the numerous problems that occurred on move in day and STILL EXIST! The place is filthy and appliances don’t work! Carpet is disgusting and the walls probably have not been painted since they were built! Do NOT rent here! They won’t answer the phone during business hours and if you go to the office they tell you what you want to hear and nothing gets done- the place is a joke!

Very unhappy. Maintenance issues. When my son changed units they failed to notify of cleaning/replacement charges which are questionable seeing that the unit was in terrible shape when he moved in. Only way to find out about problem was from a RUDE collection agency phone call over $192. Had the apartment complex notified me this would have been settled and another lease NEVER signed with them. FIND another place in Oxford.

I do not recommend this place! When moving in we walked in to a dirty cottage that was not in good condition whatsoever. The walls were dirty, the refrigerator was dented, the carpet was disgusting, and we were charged more than enough when we moved out for painting/cleaning/etc. The fees and charges are unreal being that people are charged so much for these things and you’d never know the place was even cleaned or fresh paint was put on the walls. I highly recommend you DO NOT rent from Highland Square! The apartments are very low quality construction and falling apart. The sink in my son's kitchen literally fell through into the cupboard below multiple times. The heating and cooling were not properly balanced so the upstairs was very hot during the winter, and the downstairs freezing.
