Very poor management!!!!! Unit was not clean when I moved in, and it took a few weeks to get wifi that ended up not being very good. I will not be resigning my lease here.
Saw Moldy apartment complex. Management isn't willing to take care of problem or help the renter out with anything.
very poor management...no wifi or cell reception in any of the houses and no one in the front office has offered to do anything to help since we moved in in august (ill also add that there was mold in my freezer when i moved in and the unit was not clean)...all management has told us to do is call the internet company which we can't do because we don't have cell service! half the equipment in the gym is broken and the doors for the tanning beds don't lock....definitely would not suggest anyone live here

Living here has been an absolute catastrophe. Upon move in, the dishwasher was full of putrid water that stunk when you opened the door. It took 2 and a half weeks until we could get someone to even come look at it (and 3 service requests) also the refrigerator was filthy. Apartment doors need to be opened by a cheap magnetic key, one day myself and my roommate's keys just stopped working. We were locked out of our house for 3 days... This will be my second year living in Highland. I love it only bc all my friends live there too, and the amenities are great. However, management sucks, and whether you are home or not they allow maintenance to walk in to your home/apartment/cottage whenever they please. They allow people to move into empty rooms in your unit without giving notice to the ones who already live there. They will charge you for things in which they have no proof, such as charging the entire 229 building for only one unit leaving their trash outs... read more
Highland will get you for anything they can. Roommate matching is a joke. They charge all sorts of fun fees even AFTER you've moved out for things you're not responsible for. They tried to charge me 600$ to keep a service animal on the property 3 times (which is illegal) and put up such a fight about it that I had to call the main office in Oregon with an attorney to get them to allow my service animal.
