DO NOT LIVE HERE! If I could rate zero stars, I would. All of the employees are without a doubt, the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever met. The "managers" lie to you about everything and they will go out of their way just to do the bare minimum. I moved in last year around this time and my house was a complete wreck, it was dirty, had mold in the showers, and there were areas of the house that were chewed up by the last tenant's dog that were never fixed. My daughter has not even moved in yet and I already hate this place. She and her three roommates were told that they could move in a week early before the start of the fall semester. The leasing office failed to notify them that the parents would need to sign some form for them to move in a week early. Truck was towed for being parked over the line for the amount of $285. No due diligence done by property management to notify owner of vehicle. Totally left at the discretion of the towing company. You should see their reviews!! Not good. There were at least 15 EMPTY PARKING SPOTS!! I'm sorry but that is just crazy. So many problems. The houses are big and very nice for college students but come with every problem imaginable plus stuff I couldn't even believe. The maintenance people "fix" problems but they actually just do the quickest and cheapest fix. The management cares more about having pool parties and free study snacks than the residents safety and concerns.
Parents please be wear DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE FOR YOUR KIDS TO STAY! This place has teamed up with Caine's Automotive and they are ripping kids off. They have contracted with Caine's auto and they patrol the parking lot and tow cars if the tire of your car is touching the grass. Terrible establishment. I understand management wanting the facility to to be clean and presentable. However, not allowing residents who pay over priced rent in a college town to not have enos or Christmas lights on their porch is ridiculous. It is also unprofessional not to send out an email and give proper notice to take these items down and for management to drive by in a golf cart and yell for residents to take them down within the next 15 minutes or there will be a fine charged to their account.
