This review is not reflective of the staff or the check-in process, as those aspects were great. But the room, stay, and policies were pretty bad. This is more like a 1.5 star review. For the Presidential Suite I booked, ESPECIALLY for the price, I was less than happy. The room I stayed in (425) was clean, which is expected. But the grout in the shower was falling apart, the toilet wobbled when you sat on it because it wasn't securely attached to the floor, the hot water in both the sink AND the shower took AT LEAST 5 minute... read more

Worst
To start with, the parking is NOT free like described. While my room was clean, when I went to bed, the headboard was inches away from the wall so the slightest movement would make it knock loudly against the wall so I averaged a few hours of sleep due to continuously being woken up with the sound. I reported it to staff and all I was told is they’d have maintenance look at it. No offer for a thing and I eventually just had to get up and drive home because I couldn’t sleep.
The bed was horrible...my oin and I both agree that the beds were terrible and we got no sleep. Then the parking at this location is less then ideal. There is streetside parking, but was all full. Then we tried the parking garage and it was sketchy at night and didn't feel safe parking there with my son and I. We will not be staying again....ever.
