My stay was okay, I was really disappointed because I picked that hotel because it had a pool and a hot tub! I came to town for a triathlon and I really needed the, I didn't find out until check in that the pool was out if service, so I was really disappointed in that!!

Nice business class hotel in a great location. Attached parking garage.
I didn't feel good at the Hotel, I expected more for what we payed.
Hot riom, bad bed, people smoke in our face when we walk in, employees were rude
Within an hour of check in we heard a knock on our door. 5 cops escorted us out because we had 5 people in the room. Terrible experience.
The only real issue we had was the adjustable bed that did not seem to adjust, it felt like sleeping on a board with padding, we both woke with horrible back aches and I had hip pain. I was not pleased at all with the bed but since we already spent the nite what do you do!?! The walls didnt seem to block out much sound, we heard doors slamming, not just closing but seemed to slam shut, people stomping not just walking, very odd for such a newer and what appeared to be a nicer newer motel. We were not able to check in until after 12:00. When we did check in we were given a room which smelled terrible and found that the toilet had not been flushed or it didn't flush and was full of feces. We then had to stand in line for another 20 minutes in order to get a different room. I would think that a hotel room in Manhattan KS which costs over $200.00 a night without breakfast included would be better than this.
This is a beautiful new hotel but there are a few issues with the rooms that are deal breakers for me. The walls are very thin so we could every word said in the hallway and could hear everyone walking on the floor above us. The beds are extremely uncomfortable probably because they just put a mattress on a wooden frame without a box spring. And then the bed itself is has a wooden frame all around the outside which is sure to leave bruises on your shins!! This happened to us several times becase the linens cover up the bed f... read more
