The front desk clerk could not answer my question about the room rate since I had reserved the room through Expedia. I wanted to get the company's rate and the clerk could not change the reservation. The Presidential room was reserved for me and I still don't know the differential between this room and the company's room rate. I will have to make up the difference because the company won't reimburse me for the reserved rate and their negotiated rate, I think I will be paying a lot more than I intended to pay.

Had to call front desk two different nights (out of a four night stay) to get room service. They forgot to clean room on two different days.

I was doubled charged for my room and it has taken several phone calls to get them to reverse the charges. The kicker is I still haven't gotten my money back! The staff seems paranoid that I'm some how trying to rip them off even though they agree with me that iwas charged twice! They keep telling me I have to talk to Rhonda to yet it taken care of. The problem is that "Rhonda" is never in! I'm getting super tired of talking to surly college kids!
