The room did not have a bath tub, and the adjustable beds didn't work. I didn't feel the room was worth the price.
This hotel was very clean and well maintained with a great staff and location. The only complaint we had was the comfort of the beds. They had an adjustable comfort level on the bed, but trying both soft, medium and firm still didn't make the bed comfortable. Therefore, we didn't sleep well and went home with sore backs.
Wonderful hotel, with the exception of the beds. They are adjustable, but either ours were not working, or they remain very firm even at the lowest setting.
Hotel and staff were great. The staff couldn't have been nicer and the hotel is in great shape.
Great stay, great people. Breakfast was good and worth the $8.95
It was awesome, clean rooms, comfortable beds, (we stayed 3 night and I have a bad back, woke up every morning feeling great) The breakfast was very good, a little of everything from oatmeal, fruit, to a big breakfast.
I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Manhattan while in town attending a conference. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, from the front desk to the room service. The Hotel overall was rather overpriced, and the room had not been thoroughly cleaned for quite some time. The linens and towels and shower were clean, but the carpet and bathroom tile floors were noticeably dirty.
