To start with, the parking is NOT free like described. While my room was clean, when I went to bed, the headboard was inches away from the wall so the slightest movement would make it knock loudly against the wall so I averaged a few hours of sleep due to continuously being woken up with the sound. I reported it to staff and all I was told is they’d have maintenance look at it. No offer for a thing and I eventually just had to get up and drive home because I couldn’t sleep.

The bed was horrible...my oin and I both agree that the beds were terrible and we got no sleep. Then the parking at this location is less then ideal. There is streetside parking, but was all full. Then we tried the parking garage and it was sketchy at night and didn't feel safe parking there with my son and I. We will not be staying again....ever.

Just ok The gentleman who checked us in was extremely polite and accommodating. Once we got into our room immediately I noticed hair on the tile entry. The bathroom also had hair on the floor and in the ai k. The caulking on the outside of the shower door was moldy and needs replaced. The pillows were horrible.

This is a non smoking hotel, yet eveytime my family goes in the hallway to walk to the elevator we have to smell a strong smell of smoke! We have complained to the concierge about it!
