I was in Manhattan for a couple days to pick up my service dog and do some training with her trainer. This hotel was a really pleasant surprise, very nice and clean. I loved the decor and felt very comfortable the whole time.
I had to book this last minute on a weekend when the college football team was playing so there weren't many choices left. The price was a little more than I was hoping I could find, but it was super nice and comfortable which made the money worth it. The breakfast was awesome as were the other amenities.
Staff including housekeepers were excellent, the hotel was very clean down to the windows. Public areas as well were neat and clean. The room was super nice, the restaurant was reasonable...actually less expensive than IHop. I had a pleasing experience. Was not impressed with the satellite TV set up, the night I was there it rained, I had no reception in my room. However, this did not dampen my stay just went to bed early, great nights sleep! Thank you.
It was great. The only concern we had was that we were not able to check in at the published "check-in" time, due to the visiting college football team that stayed there the night before, that had just checked out. Housekeeping had to clean all those rooms before we could check in. So, if check-in time is important to you, you might find out if it is a home football game weekend for KSU.

I'll make sure I always stay at the Hilton Garden Inn when I'm in Manhattan. Everything was clean, staff was outstanding and friendly. Great weekend stay.
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for 3 nights. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. Our male waiter for dinner on our first night was excellent. He should be given some recognition. We were very pleased with our stay.
It's very hard to get into a hotel on game weekend, but we lucked out. Although we paid a premium price for the convenience, the location is great right off the hiway and the accommodations were very nice. Staff was friendly. We had the buffet breakfast the next day instead of trying to find somewhere else. It was very good for the price. We'll definitely try to go back there again.
