They change my room from a King bed to a queen just because I use a third party (expedia) to reserve my stay. Very disappointed. I still paid the whole price for the room why it isn’t equal for everyone.
Awful experience
Firstly, it’s a very clean establishment, and the staff are friendly nice people. This review is to allow other people to know that if you’re offered a room on the end near an exit on the first floor, do not expect hot water at all. No showers, unless you like cold showers in winter. We stayed two nights, and on the morning of our departure my husband and I wanted to have a nice hot shower before heading out.
