Localização ótima. Bom custo-benefício. A espero dos elevadores realmente é um problema, mas já estando ciente e programando esta espera tudo flui bem. Um dos elevadores está sempre parado, e somente 2 em funcionamento. A localização é muito boa. Perto de tudo, com muitas opções gastronômicas aos redor para todos tipo de gosto e bolso. Could have been better! The front desk staff could have been much more welcoming and professional. At check-in, we requested bathrobes, and the front desk lady responded rather rudely, implying that we might steal them by saying, “These aren’t for taking home, you have to leave them after use.” It was an unnecessarily mean comment that made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were being accused of something. Great value for its money! A/C was a little loud (not much, it's usually worse in the hotels everywhere), but that is the only thing I could think of that could be improved. We stayed in 95 degrees in summer, so it made sense it was working non stop. Location is awesome, in close proximity with Times Square. It was easy to get here by the subway from the airport, and get around from this spot to any Manhattan attractions. Fantastic location with decent rooms. The rooms could use a renovation, they definitely looked a bit older. In one of the rooms we had, it wasn't possible to completely close the window, thus it was relatively noisy during the night. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of midtown with Broadway and Central Park right around the corner.
