Great value for money. There was some remodeling going on in the hall. Elevators are slow, but still ok (took us about 4-5 minutes at the most busy time of day to get to our floor). The rooms are kind of spacious (for NY) and relatively quiet. Beds are comfortable, there is a refrigerator and a microwave which is super convenient. It is very close to shops and restaurants and a few blocks away from Central Park.

Wonderful all was good The location is perfect for our sightseeing needs. The staff was very nice and helpful Sean at the front desk checked us in and was pleasant, helpful and very nice. upon leaving the concierge in the lobby was very pleasant and helpful.
A nice relaxing room in a great location. The elevators are old and they only have three. If you are leaving or arriving at peak times and sometimes off peak times you'll be waiting for the elevator for a while. My wife and I had to make sure we gave enough lead time because of the unpredictability. In addition there are only three smaller elevators and there is not a dedicated service elevator for the staff. This creates a bigger problem taking an elevator away from the guests use.
