Very Good The waiting time for the lifts. The location is great. Walking distance to Central Park and to Times Square. We booked very early and the price we paid was very reasonable for Manhattan.

Underwhelming and expensive Old, lifts too ages to come, not easy to contact staff, and I left behind an item and haven’t been able to contact the hotel to retrieve it. Also was told on check out that my stay wouldn’t count towards my Hilton Honors points, which was disappointing as I asked on checking in and was time differently. Well located and with many facilities
Wonderful Valet Parking viel zu teuer und nicht notwendig - öffentliche Garage schräg gegenüber. Achtung: nicht als Hotelgast parken, ist teurer als "normal"! Kein Room Service, obwohl dbzgl. Frage bei Check In mit ja beantwortet. Top Lage für den fußläufigen Besuch von Broadway Shows. Zimmer angenehm groß, toller Ausblick auf die Skyline von Manhattan.

Exceptional NA Wish breakfast was included. We especially loved the location, in a walking distance to the Time square, many of the musical venues, Central Park, Broadway, Fifth Avenue. Truly great location. Also, this hotel has a self guest laundry, our trip to New York was on the back end of the longer trip to Midwest/North East part of USA, so we were happy, we could quickly wash our clothes.

I enjoyed the stay Nothing much The room was pretty spacious compared to other hotels in nyc. I liked that they have a microwave. It was pretty useful. It was clean and the location was also good. You can walk to central park and time square. I enjoyed staying here.
