Good, reliable and clean low cost option in the region. The elevators are not sufficient for the volume of rooms and guests. We can easily spend 15-20 minutes to get an elevator depending on the time. Good location.

Old hotel on a great location! The facilities are quite old and worn out The carpet had holes in it, the furniture was missing pieces, and the USB charger didn't work at all. But the worst were the elevators, since they kept breaking down, resulting in 15+ minutes waiting time even outside of peak hours Obviously the location of this place is crucial. Also the staff was very nice and did their best.

סה"כ שהות נעימה מאד. נקיון החדר מתבצע כל יומיים. ביקשנו נקיון מיוחד ביום שלא היה צריך להתבצע והובטח לנו שינקו. בפעל לא ניקו. הכספת לא הייתה תקינה ונאלצתי לחזור 3 פעמים על הבקשה לשלוח טכנאי לתקן אותה עד שבפועל הגיע טכנאי. חייבו אותנו על שימוש במים שהיו בחדר למרות שלא השתמשנו. המיקום מצויין. חדרים גדולים יחסית לניו יורק. הנוף יפה וצופה לכל המגדלים של מנהטן.
