Pleasant エレベーターが壊れていたため、毎回階段で移動せざるを得なかった。チェックイン時もシステム不具合で時間がかかった。部屋の電話が機能してなかった 立地がよかった

Very Good I had no complaints Check in and check out were fast and simple. The location is excellent and having Empire Steakhouse connected is a huge plus.
Muy buena ubicación. NO volveria! Me hospede durante 8 días en el piso 15 del hotel y casi todos los días había algún ascensor que no funcionaba, eso hacia que demorara mucho en poder comenzar a disfrutar mi día. Lo peor de todo llegó el día del check out, no funcionaba ningún ascensor y tuvimos que bajar las 4 maletas que teníamos por las escaleras, el personal no fue muy proactivo para ayudar. Tutto ok, ma…. Unica pecca è che bisogna pagare una cauzione di 100$ a notte restituita ovviamente dopo qualche giorno dal check out se la camera è ok. A pochi passi da time square e metropolitana a 50 metri dall’hotel
Hierher komme ich gerne wieder. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels war für mich ausschlaggebend; Viele touristische Attraktionen können vom Hotel zu Fuß erreicht werden.
