Great place to stay when visiting NYC Room size wasnt huge, but not an issue for us. Elevators took forever to come, so be mindful if in a rush. Location was great! Felt very safe all times of day. Staff were are super friendly and helpful. Would recommed for anyone visiting as a tourist.
Not recommended El elevador dejó de funcionar por qué hubo una inundación en un piso, lamentablemente tuve que bajar las maletas yo por 30 pisos y volver a subir para ayudar a mi abuela de 76 años, esto aparte de atrasar nuestro día, nos cansó inesperadamente, se que es parte de NYC, pero deberían de tener un elevador en caso de emergencias La recepcionista nos ayudó a mi abuela y a mi a hacer early check in y fue amable

Location ! Excellent location and good service. Room was clean and really enjoyed to stay.
Great hotel with microwave and mini fridge. I'm looking forward to my next stay there again. The hot water in the shower took a very long time to get hot. On St. Patrick's day night the fire alarm went off at 3am, so I'm blaming that on possible shenanigans and not the hotel. The room was quite updated and so large and clean! Housekeeping came every other day which was great! Nice big TV. Biggest surprises were the mini fridge and microwave - so happy about those!

We stayed at this hotel to attend my daughter’s wedding which was in Central Park. The location was perfect, the room wa The day we were checking out, we woke to brown water running through the faucet, the television wasn’t working (network issue), the phone wasn’t working, and all three elevators were down which resulted in my son and I walking down 31 flights of stairs with all of our luggage and my daughter’s wedding gown.
