Very enjoyable..great location..friendly staff...would stay again! :-) Access and timeliness of the lifts wasn't great at times - one was out of order! Not a huge problem but at times a little frustrating at nonpeak times The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great!
Good Because of location, lots of loud sirens all night. Elevator quit working on check out day and while I do think the staff was doing what they could it was pretty chaotic. Very close to Rockefeller and Central Park and Times Square.
Perfect location, comfortable room … The view from the room was stunning, it was comfortable, the location was great.
Wonderful there were 3 small elevators which took ages to come each time you wanted to use them, one also broke during my stay which meant i could wait up to 30 minutes in the lobby before being able to get in one at the peak times great location, the staff were very friendly and helpful

Very Good The only thing that was a bit annoying was the lack of light if the curtains were closed. Good location, nice and close to times square and broadway. Rooms were nice and comfortable
the hotel was just what I wanted as a base for visiting Manhatten adequate breakfast in the restaurant but dinner poor value for money Location outstanding for most of the art galleries & the Lincoln Centre - quiet room - friendly & helpful staff
