Nice hotel, poor reception staff Reception staff incredibly unprofessional. We arrived on our day of check in at approx 1520. Note that check in is from 1500 onwards. One of the ladies at reception told me she was gonna have to give me a "raincheck" on the room as it wasn't ready yet. I said okay any idea when it'll be ready and she said maybe 1600. Fantastic will stay there again We were told the taxi to JFK the hotel had a deal with was cheaper than the yellow taxis. Price quoted was $110 tax inc. This is not the case taxi driver wanted $122 inc taxes and they are far more expensive than the yellow cab. A bit unfair on the hotels part. Location was great, room very clean spacious and beds very comfy. Staff very nice.
