Good Some staff were ok but one manger was rude and one of the desk staff stood there on their phone while we were waiting to ask a questions Great location and comfortable would stay again but don’t expect good customer service
Pleasant Only two elevators in 30+ floors building, everytime waited for 3-10 minutes to enter the elevator and that was an unpleasant problem as we often leave the hotel. On reception we had few quite weird conversation. Didn’t like communication with them. Good location and price

Great for the price good staff Elevators were a bit slow but I didn’t mind Good area close to many things and time square/Central Park.
Wonderful We were told that the room will be cleaned every other night (we stayed for 6 nights) but no one came until the 4th day so we had to go to reception to request for fresh towels. There were two bottles of water on the desk when we arrived which we thought was a nice touch but then they charged us for those when we checked out and they're pretty expensive for water. Also, be aware that they take $100 a night as deposit which we did get back 24 hours after checking out but after they have taken a few surprise charges.... read more
Wonderful the bed and bedding The location was excellent, staff were very very nice, the only thing was the bed, not so comfortable.
Hotel with a good central location in New York. Complicated WiFi. In the other room, no cleaning during the 3-night stay. As a non-member of Hilton customer program did not feel welcome. Good bed, good location.
