Very Good Not easy to manage the heat to keep the room warm. Nice room, very modern. Spacious and clean. Many restaurants and amenities are close by, also the subway.
Very Good The air conditioning was hardly functioning, and we had to tolerate being either too cold or too hot. It was also making a really loud noise, which was very annoying when trying to sleep Spacious room, helpful staff and amazing, central location

We loved our break in NY, hotel was good for what we needed. No wardrobe space, wait time for lifts, unable to drink the coffee at breakfast, breakfast food tepid. Reception staff helpful,good location.
