Average. Leaking sink, thin walls and can hear everything, shower shelf fell off, scratchy sheets and malfunctioning a/c. Location.

Good location. Don’t stay here in busy times as lifts cannot keep up with demand. Lifts!!! Not enough. Had to walk 14 floors twice. Waiting constantly for lifts. Up to 25 minutes when busy. We took our luggage down early on check out day in case we had to carry it 14 floors. Staff allowed this but had no provisions for storage. Baggage was left where anyone could just grab and go. Location.

Very Good Elevators take forever. Room was kind of small Perfect location if you like midtown. The gym is okay.
Wonderful Our room was between elevators. We heard them a lot. Location was great, the staff was very helpful, and they stored our bags while we went out into the city.
Good value for money in the heart of NY In rush hours around check in and check out, one can wait a bit for the elevators but it is not such a big deal. This is the 2nd time that I stay at the hotel. It is very central but a couple of blocks away from the madness of Times square, the rooms are spacious for NY and the price is reasonable for NY as well. Staff is friendly and helpful and the beds are very comfortable
