Very Good Elevators.... thankfully we were on the 5th floor and could walk up and down the stairs, as the elevator service was terrible. Long wait times both on room level and in the lobby proved very dissapointing. This needs to be remedied or customers will continue to leave poor ratings for this as it is not acceptable. Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room temperature and hot water were good.
Amazing and would definitely return Nothing Location and staff were amazing, very helpful all round. Would definitely stay here again.

Love love love Fan noise and hot water in shower I loved the room everything was spot apart from the fan a bit noisy and waiting for shower to heat up
