Excellent for a trip to NYC There are three elevators but those aren;t nearly enough to service the property. We often had to wait as much as ten minutes to get one to stop for us. The property is very centrally located with under ten minutes walk away from places like MoMa and Times Square. Staff at the hotel are super friendly and very helpful. The hotel was super clean and comfortable. A definite yes for any trip to NYC!

Sehr zu empfehlen Einzig die nur 2 Fahrstühle für 40 Stockwerke würde ich als negativ anführen wollen . Super Lage , nur 1 Minute vom Broadway entfernt und dennoch ruhig gegen . Ich empfehle ein Zimmer in der unteren Mitte , es gibt nur 2 Fahrstühle für 40 Stockwerke . Die Wartezeit war manchmal sehr nervig .
Ottima posizione Il personale alla reception non è stato molto cordiale e poco organizzato sulla richiesta del taxi per l'aeroporto che è arrivato in ritardo, si spazientiscono se non capisci subito la loro lingua. Si aspetta troppo l'ascensore sia in uscita che in entrata, non ho gradito la moquette che da un'idea di poca igiene.
