Very Good Shop hotel extortionate - can't really fault anything else. Rooms were clean and comfy, reception staff very nice and helpful. Location was amazing. Breakfast was good.

Posizione perfetta Gli ascensori lenti e usati anche dal personale sono il motivo del mancato 10. La posizione era perfetta, al centro di tutto ma allo stesso tempo lontano dal caos e dalle luci di Times Square. La camera al 24° piano sempre calda, abbastanza grande che veniva rifatta ogni giorno e abbastanza pulita nonostante la presenza della moquette nella zona letto. Il personale sempre presente e gentilissimo. Il bagno completo di tutto il necessario compreso il balsamo per i capelli e la crema corpo!!
Bon rapport qualité-prix par rapport à situation géographique. Les chambres sont assez bruyantes avec la cage d’ascenseur bruyante, les canalisations qui émettent des bruits toute la nuit. Sa situation géographique, l’accueil du personnel et le restaurant bar juste à côté qui communique.

Great location and comfortable beds Reception desk was not great - we were two groups who had booked at same time for same room type requesting rooms connecting or on same floor and were told different variations by different staff why this wasn't possible even though we'd both received messages from the hotel saying it should be possible. Also upon check-in, one group waited 20 minutes to actually get key to room and for our group I had to ask what was happening with our room over an hour after arriving.
