It was a good stay in a strategic location. Staff was accommodating with holding luggage for us and I would totally stay Room hallway was not that clean. Trash in the floor near the elevators and the room’s desk had something sticky on it. Staff was very accommodating, location was great and the room was perfect size with not much noise.
Good Le manque d'amabilité de la personne au check -in, il ne s'est pas montré aidant du tout. Le reste du personnel était ok. La chambre, vraiment petite pour 4, on ne peut même pas ranger les valises! La propreté, le calme, l' emplacement, le fait qu'il y ait frigo et micro-ondes pour limiter les frais de restauration !

Good We stayed here for 2 night and Initially I was going to write a very bad review because after travelling for 18 hours from Dubai with a 1 year old baby,, we arrived around 12 noon and requested early check in, but was made to wait till 3pm and not a second ealrier was a room made available. Staff were rude and making faces and seemed like they didn't know how to smile. However, from the next day, the staff were welcoming, especially the manager Miriam. Very Good
Love it there! When we got in our room the floor was soaking wet. We were not told that it was just shampooed. We were okay with it but wish we would have been told so we didn't put our stuff on the floor because it got all wet. Also, the elevators are always so slow. I love that our room is usually ready for early check in. Rooms are always clean! Staff is always great and helpful. Love that they text you before arriving asking if there is anything they can do to help you make your stay better!
