Good Elevators. Scarce for the hotel guests and staff needs

Comfortable Stay in NYC I booked with breakfast but did not receive any. The room was clean, simple, and comfortable with all listed amenities. It was just a few minutes walk from the metro and Times Square.

Pleasant Old, needs maintenance
Overall a great place to stay! The only issue was the elevator taking a long time. However there were signs warning for peak elevator times. Location was awesome! Room was comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.

Stay was great and staff was a pleasure to deal with and property was in a great location. Elevators take awhile to get. During peak operating times it could take awhile to get an elevator. Property was clean staff was friendly and location was excellent
