Great location and lovely staff The elevators took a long time to come to the floor to get downstairs with most times had to jump in the elevator when it was going up to higher floors to then come back down again. Great location for a lot of attractions and the subway access. Staff were friendly also.

Pleasant stay in a good location Long wait for elevators. I reported several issues in the bathroom which the engineer said he would come back and fix but it didn’t happen. Location
