Convenient location, friendly staff, awesome vacation overall. The rooms were cold and even if you turned the heat up. It was hard to keep it warm. The sink didn’t drain properly. The elevators were horrendous - but I think they said they were working on them. Convenient location, friendly staff.
It was great, always happy with Hilton’s. Annie, Priscilla and Alex were great! The outdoor sign is small and easy to miss. The Empire Room (attached restaurant) has a dress code. My husband wears shorts all year, and he was asked ( nicely) to change. Pretty sure it wasn’t on the outside of the door or anywhere. Located close to Times Square, Rockefeller Center and Central Park.
Hacer la cama todos los días es indispensable i no es el fuerte de este hotel No hacían la habitación todos los días, i nunca me había ocurrido, he estado en hoteles de categorías inferiores y siempre hacían la cama y cambiaban las toallas. La cama i el baño estaban muy bien

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Elevators were slow. There aren't enough elevators (3) for for 32 floors. The hotel restaurant was not open for breakfast. Room price and restaurant prices were very expensive. The room was very nice. The bathroom and shower appeared to have been recently renovated. Excellent shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness center was clean.
The room and view from the 25rh floor were great! The staff was always polite and helpful and the location was close to Only 3 elevators, so there were times we had to wait about 10 mins for an elevator! Perfect location! Close to Times Square!
