The location is good and property is quiet and clean. It does need some upgrades though. As others have commented they need to fix the luggage carts.
Great staff and fast service
Check in was easy, room was clean. Subway was one block "next streetover" the only issue was the elevator, they had two elevators, one wasnt working and they only fit about 6 people inside. So getting up and down from the rooms was bit of an issue. Other than that my stay was great

The Hilton Garden Inn was a great hotel to stay. The location was right next to the Subway entrance. It was easy to get to. There were plenty of food options around. It was across the block from a Walgreens. The rooms were right next to the elevator; so no long walk down the hallway with lots of luggage. Our stay was pleasant with wonderful views of the city from the 16th floor.
The hotel was quiet and neat. My only frustration was their elevators. Their elevators are small and only one was working during my stay. I waited for a while and was forced to use the stairs from the 13th floor to the grand floor.
